Hawaiian Beef Loaves

Ingredients
  Brown gravy mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion slice 1
  Eggs 2
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread slices 1 1⁄2 , torn in pieces
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Canned apricot halves 8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Put first 9 ingredients in blender; blend to mix.
Combine with beef; shape two loaves.
Bake in shallow pan at 350° for 50 minutes.
Put remaining ingredients in blender; blend smooth.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Glaze meat with sauce.
Bake 15 minutes.
Pass sauce with meat.
