Pike American Indian Style

Ingredients
  Whole pike 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bacon fat/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove heads and tails from fish; wipe fish with damp cloth.
Mix remaining ingredients except bacon fat.
Roll fish in the mixture, and brown in bacon fat for about 4 minutes on each side.
