Rich Seafood Newburg
|Cooked lobster/Crab or shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine seafood and butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on '7'.
Add beaten egg yolks to cream.
Combine with lobster.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on '7', or until sauce is heated but not boiling, stirring after every 2 minutes.
Serve over rice or buttered toast points.
