Hawaiian Island Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 , cut into chunks
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (Reserve Syrup, 1 Can)
  Canned pineapple slices 8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and halved (Reserve Syrup, 1 Can)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish; brush with soy sauce blended with ginger.
Add green pepper.
Heat, covered with wax paper, at high13 to 15 minutes; drain.
Let stand, covered, 7 minutes.
