|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into chunks|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (Reserve Syrup, 1 Can)|
|Canned pineapple slices||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and halved (Reserve Syrup, 1 Can)|
In oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish; brush with soy sauce blended with ginger.
Add green pepper.
Heat, covered with wax paper, at high13 to 15 minutes; drain.
Let stand, covered, 7 minutes.
