Garlic-Flavored Oysters Rockefeller
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Spinach||500 Gram, trimmed, chopped coarsely|
|Oysters on the half shell||1 1⁄2 Kilogram (24 Medium Pieces)|
|Stale breadcrumbs||25 Gram (1/3 Cup)|
Melt half the butter in medium pan.
Add garlic and spinach; cook, stirring, about 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
Place oysters on oven tray; top with spinach mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with remaining melted butter.
Grill until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
