Garlic-Flavored Oysters Rockefeller

Ingredients
  Butter 80 Gram
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Spinach 500 Gram, trimmed, chopped coarsely
  Oysters on the half shell 1 1⁄2 Kilogram (24 Medium Pieces)
  Stale breadcrumbs 25 Gram (1/3 Cup)
Directions

Melt half the butter in medium pan.
Add garlic and spinach; cook, stirring, about 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
Place oysters on oven tray; top with spinach mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with remaining melted butter.
Grill until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
