Monterey Jack And Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Monterey jack cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 inch pieces to make 1 1/2 cups
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Medium, halved, seeded and each half cut into 6 wedges
  Pickled jalapeno peppers 2 , stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Toss to mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Bring the salad to room temperature before serving.
