Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Roasting chicken joints 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Plain flour 1 Ounce
  Evaporated milk 5 Fluid Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Patna rice 4 Ounce
  Bacon (streaky) rashers 8 , rolled and grilled (For Garnish)
  Pineapple chunks 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz), drained (1 Small Can)
Directions

Melt butter and lightly fry the mushrooms, onion and chicken.
Add the flour and cook for a few minutes.
Dilute evaporated milk to 3/4 pint with cold water and add gradually to chicken.
Season, cover and simmer until chicken is tender, 30-40 minutes.
Cook rice and arrange on serving dish, place joints on top, pour sauce over.
Serve garnished with bacon rolls and pineapple chunks.
