|Chopped celery||3 Cup (48 tbs)|

Cut the beef in 1 1/2-inch cubes and brown in a small amount of fat.
Combine the beef, vegetables and seasonings in a large kettle and cover with boiling water.
Pack into hot jars to 1 inch from top and place lids and rings on the jars.
Process at 10 pounds pressure for 1 hour and 15 minutes for quart jars.
