How-to Make Power Slaw
|Red cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Green cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Scallions||6 , thinly sliced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Rice wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Jalapeno||1 , minced|
|Collard green leaves||4 Large, thinly sliced|
1. In a large bowl add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour the dressing over green and red, cabbage, collard greens, scallions, and jalapeno. Toss well.
3. Let the flavors marinate for 60 minutes.
4. Serve Power Slaw with roasted chicken.
