How-to Make Power Slaw

A delicious and easy to make salad, this power slaw is a great combination that brings together the goodness of vegetables. Bring in the freshness and nutrition from your garden. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Red cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs), thinly sliced
  Scallions 6 , thinly sliced
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Rice wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Jalapeno 1 , minced
  Collard green leaves 4 Large, thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour the dressing over green and red, cabbage, collard greens, scallions, and jalapeno. Toss well.
3. Let the flavors marinate for 60 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve Power Slaw with roasted chicken.
