Maryland Crab Bake
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , chopped|
|Crabmeat||12 Ounce, drained and flaked (2 Packages, 6 Ounce Each, Canned Or Frozen, Thawed)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Buttery cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 2-quart casserole dish, combine celery, green pepper, onion and 3 tablespoons butter.
Heat, covered, 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
Stir in mayonnaise, eggs, crab, Worcestershire, pepper and salt.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Heat, covered, 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice.
Combine cracker crumbs, melted butter and paprika; sprinkle over casserole.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
