Cobb Salad Bowl
|Iceberg lettuce head||1⁄4|
|Romaine lettuce head||1⁄4|
|Fresh watercress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Unsalted cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Ounce, diced|
|Cooked chicken meat||1⁄2 Ounce, diced|
|Cooked beef roast||1⁄2 Ounce, diced|
|Tomato||1⁄2 , peeled and diced|
|Avocado||1⁄8 , peeled and sliced|
|Hard cooked egg white||1 , chopped|
Chop the lettuces, watercress, and endive together until fine and well mixed.
Line a large individual salad bowl with a leaf of lettuce, and fill with the chopped greens.
Arrange the remaining ingredients in the salad bowl and serve with a Spa salad dressing.
