Peach Plum Cobbler

Ingredients
  Fresh peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and quartered
  Fresh plums 2 Cup (32 tbs), quartered
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Pie crust pastry 1
Directions

1.
Arrange the peaches and plums in an 8" x 8" x 2" pan.
Mix the sugar and flour and sprinkle over.
Dot with butter.

Place the pastry over the filling, folding the edge under just inside the pan.
Cut slits near the center.
3.
Bake 35 minutes in a hot oven, 425°.
Serve warm with cream.
