Ingredients
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced chinese cabbage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pineapple cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chow mein noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook vegetables in oil for 5 minutes, stirring.
Add next 7 ingredients and bring to boil.
Stir in cornstarch blended with water.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Sprinkle with onion and serve on noodles.
