Poached Eggs Southern

Ingredients
  Poached eggs 4
  Buttered toast slices 4
  Boiled ham slices 4
  Cream of celery soup 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Canned / Homemade)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Poach the eggs.
2. Have ready the slices of toast spread with butter. Place a slice of ham on each slice of toast. Top each with a poached egg, and pour 3 or more tablespoons of hot celery soup over each poached egg.
3. Garnish with chopped parsley.
