  Onion 1 Small
  Tomatoes 3 , skinned
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Lobster 1
  White wine 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

Fry the finely chopped onion and tomatoes in the hot butter, add the diced lobster meat, enough white wine to moisten, add brandy, if used, and seasoning and pile back into lobster shells.
