Chicken Creole

Ingredients
  Stewing chicken 1
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Thin spaghetti 1⁄2 Pound, broken
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Pimiento 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  American cheese 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil chicken until very tender.
Remove from broth, (about 2 quarts broth needed).
Boil celery, peppers and onions in broth for 20 minutes.
Add broken spaghetti, and boil 20 more minutes.
Then add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, pimientos and mushrooms.
Dice chicken.
Grate cheese and mix well in above mixture.
Put in baking dishes and leave in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Just before serving time, place in 400° oven until warmed all through, at least 1/2 hour.
