Ingredients
  Cooked bacon strip 6 , crumbled
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Flaked crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Either Canned Or Fresh Crab Meat)
  Tomato juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. After the bacon has been cooked, remove it from the pan and drain on paper towels. Pour off half the drippings.
2. Keep the bacon hot while you saute the onion, parsley and crab meat in the pan.
3. Add the tomato juice, salt and pepper and cook over low heat until the tomato juice has been completely absorbed.
4. Crumble the bacon, add it and the rice to the crab meat mixture. Mix lightly and serve.
