Sugar Free Spoon Bread

Ingredients
  Enriched yellow cornmeal 2 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat dry milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Medium, beaten
  Imitation margarine/Diet margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In medium saucepan stir cornmeal and salt into cold water.
Add boiling water; cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
In small bowl, combine remaining dry ingredients.
Add eggs, margarine, and water, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
Stir into cornmeal mixture.
Pour into an 8x8-inch nonstick baking pan.
Bake at 425°F.
for 25 minutes or until firm.
Divide evenly.
