Philadelphia Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
  Round italian loaf 1 (8 Inch)
  Beef roast/Beef roast 10 Ounce, sliced
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Pizza sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Provolone cheese slices 4
  Fried yellow onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Jalapeno peppers 3 , pickled
Directions

Slice the loaf in half through the center and then in half so that you have two half-moon sandwiches.
Grill the beef on a hot griddle in a little olive oil.
Do not over cook.
Place the meat on a bottom half of the sandwich.
Top with the pizza sauce and cheese.
Broil until melted.
Top with onions and peppers, if you wish.
Place lid on sandwich and enjoy.
