Philadelphia Steak Sandwich
|Round italian loaf||1 (8 Inch)|
|Beef roast/Beef roast||10 Ounce, sliced|
|Olive oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Pizza sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Provolone cheese slices||4|
|Fried yellow onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Jalapeno peppers||3 , pickled|
Slice the loaf in half through the center and then in half so that you have two half-moon sandwiches.
Grill the beef on a hot griddle in a little olive oil.
Do not over cook.
Place the meat on a bottom half of the sandwich.
Top with the pizza sauce and cheese.
Broil until melted.
Top with onions and peppers, if you wish.
Place lid on sandwich and enjoy.
