White Cabbage Cole Slaw

Ingredients
  Diced cabbage 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (White Variety)
  Carrot 1 , peeled and diced
  Green onion 1 , minced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and green onion with oil, vinegar and sugar.
Stir to blend completely.
Serve with Turkey Sloppy Joes, if desired.
