  Egg 1
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Diced ham 3 Tablespoon
  Toasted bun 1
Directions

Beat all ingredients together with fork in 1-cup measure.
Pour onto small plate.
MICROWAVE 45 SECONDS to 1 MINUTE on '8', or until egg is set.
Place on toasted bun and serve.
