Fruit Coleslaw With Almonds

Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 , finely shredded and crisped in ice water
  Diced pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)
  Green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut in half and seeded
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted blanched almonds 2 Tablespoon, shredded
Directions

1.
Combine the chilled cabbage with the pineapple and grapes.
2.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and orange rind.
3.
Toss the cabbage lightly but thoroughly with the dressing and mound on a platter.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Chill before serving.
