2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, drained (Canned Or Cooked)
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Saute the bacon until crisp and remove from the pan. Add the onion and pepper to the fat in the pan and cook until tender but not brown.
2. Add the tomatoes and sugar, and cook about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the beans and season with salt and pepper.
3. Simmer a few minutes longer. Serve hot, sprinkled with the crumbled bacon.
