Creole Style Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
  Beef top round steak 1 Pound, cut into 4 serving size pieces (About 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Green pepper rings 4 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Onion slices 4 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Yellow squash 2 Medium, cut in half lengthwise and sliced to make 2 cups
  No salt stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Pound beef to 1/4-inch thickness.
Place in 3-quart casserole.
Top with green pepper, onion and squash.
In medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour over beef and vegetables.
Cover.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, or until beef is tender, turning beef over and basting with sauce after every 30 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
