Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef stew meat 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cubed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (3/4-Inch Cubes)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Small pearl tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Bouquet garni 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Seasoning Style)
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, stirring after every 30 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
