1)Rinse the corned beef thoroughly.
1)Place the pressure cooker on a stove and pour the water, add spice mix.
2)The steamer basket should be placed next along with the meat, lock the lid on the cooker and steam the meat for an 1 hour on high heat and another hour on low heat till its cooked.
3)Remove the basket with the meat and set aside and steam the veggies in the same pot for 6 minutes with the cooker lid on.
4)Serve hot on a platter with broth spooned on top for added taste.
