Easy Cioppino

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated bell pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Teaspoon Sugar)
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Assorted boneless fish and shellfish 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions

In saucepan combine all ingredients except fish.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until reduced by half.
Add fish, cover, and simmer until fish is done.
Divide evenly.
