Classic Salisbury Steak

Enjoy this ground beef recipe with some vegetbales and old fashioned seasoning. Everytime this dish is made it tastes as good as it did the first time. Enjoy the recipe.
  Lean ground beef 400 Gram
  Dry onion 5 Milliliter
  Dry garlic 5 Milliliter
  Pepper 15 Milliliter
  Breadcrumbs 60 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter
  Egg yolk 1 Large
  Sliced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced bell peppers 1 Tablespoon
  Portobello mushrooms 2 , sliced
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine 120 Milliliter
  Beef broth 250 Milliliter
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon

Mix beef, onion, garlic, pepper, breadcrumbs. worcestershire sauce and egg yolk and make to pseudo steaks. Brown the steaks from both the sides in a pan. Add sliced onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes. Addd red wine, broth and bring to a boil. Keep stirring. Add cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken the mixture. Add fresh organo and let it boil for some more time. The Salisbury steak is ready.
