Ingredients
  Purple cabbage 1 , chopped
  Ham hocks 4 , seasoned
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed Enough To Cook)
Directions

1. Boil ham hocks in water and cook.
2. Add cabbage and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Check after 30 minutes, if not cooked cook for another 15-20 minutes.
4. Serve the Red or purpple cabbage.
