Southwestern Yogurt Cheese Spread
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced|
|Jalapeno pepper||1 , seeded and minced|
|Mild canned green chili||1 , chopped|
|Chopped cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
Mix all ingredients with Yogurt Cheese and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve at room temperature as a spread on jicama slices or on toasted tortilla pieces.
Thin with whey to desired consistency for use as a dip with chips.
