Kauai Crab Spread

Ingredients
  Frozen crab meat 6 Ounce, thawed, drained and flaked (1 Package)
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Minced chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine the crab, sour cream, chutney, coconut, curry powder, onion salt and garlic powder in a medium-size bowl; mix lightly.
2. Chill well to blend the flavors. Serve as a spread for crackers and melba rounds.
