|Heavy cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
1. Beat cream until stiff in a large bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing, chili sauce, onion and parsley; blend well. Use to dress cooked chilled crab meat, shrimps or scallops.
