Veal Rump Roast With Creole Sauce
|Veal rump roast||4 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Creole sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Place roast on rack in open roasting pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place bacon slices on roast.
Do not add water.
Roast, uncovered, 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170° (45-50 minutes per pound).
Slice with electric knife and serve with Creole Sauce.
