|Sharp processed american cheese||1⁄2 Pound, diced to make 2 cups|
|Eggs||4 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Butter bread, quarter and slice.
Alternate layers of bread and cheese in 11x7x1 1/2-inch baking dish, ending with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings; pour over layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake in slow oven (325°) about 50 minutes or till firm.
Let stand a few minutes; cut into 6 squares.
