Hawaiian Chutney

Ingredients
  Crushed canned pineapple 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Seedless golden raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Packed)
  White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 2 Drop
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Combine pineapple, raisins, brown sugar, vinegar and salt in large saucepan.
Combine sugar, ginger, cayenne pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and hot sauce in a small bowl.
Stir spice mixture into pineapple mixture; simmer, stirring constantly, for 40 minutes or until mixture becomes clear.
Remove from heat; add almonds.
Pour into hot sterilized pint jars; seal at once.
