Best Ever Bourbon Brownies

Ingredients
For brownies
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Semisweet chocolate chips 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bourbon 4 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 3 Tablespoon, softened
  Milk 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Semisweet chocolate square 1 Ounce, cooled
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease 8 or 9-inch square pan.
In medium saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constandy, until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips and vanilla; mix well.
Add eggs; beat thoroughly.
Lighdy spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Add nuts; mix well.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (DO NOT OVERBAKE).
Remove from oven.
Drizzle bourbon evenly over top.
Cool completely.
In small bowl, combine sugar, margarine, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy.
Frost bars; drizzle melted chocolate over frosting.
Allow chocolate to set before cutting into bars.
