Southwestern Taco Chicken Pieces With Lime-Chili Marinade
|Lime chili marinade||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Chicken||4 Pound, cut into pieces (1 Whole)|
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten with 2 tablespoons water|
Prepare the marinade in a large bowl.
Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken pieces.
Add to the marinade and toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
Toss the flour and Taco seasoning mix together on a plate.
Dip the chicken in the beaten egg mixture and coat well with taco-flour mixture.
Rotate the chicken in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
