Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked beef/Veal / lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned red kidney beans 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Saute onion in oil until softened in large skillet; stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute.
2. Stir in meat, kidney beans, celery, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling; cover; simmer for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
