|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced cooked beef/Veal / lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned red kidney beans||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
1. Saute onion in oil until softened in large skillet; stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute.
2. Stir in meat, kidney beans, celery, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling; cover; simmer for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
