|Small curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Medium cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper; blend well.
Taste for seasoning.
In a buttered baking dish, place the noodle mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fleck with butter.
Cover, and cook in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes, or until brown and bubbling.
