Fisherman's Wharf Cioppino

|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
|Tomato puree||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Dried thyme||1 Pinch|
|Dry white wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Clams in shell||12 Small|
|Oysters in shell||12 Small|
|Lobsters/4 lobster tails||2 Small, quartered and cracked|
|Crabs/2 small hard-shell crabs||1 Large, split, with legs disjointed|
|Shelled and deveined shrimp||12|
Cook onion, green pepper, green onion, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except wine and fish.
Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
Add wine and cook for 10 minutes.
Put scrubbed raw fish in large kettle.
Pour sauce over all.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
