Seasoned Maryland Crab Cakes

Ingredients
  White bread slice 2 , crusts removed
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crab meat 1 Pound, flaked (Use Fresh Or Frozen And Thawed)
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1/2 Fruit)
  Salt To Taste
  Peanut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place bread in bowl and cover with milk. Soak 5 minutes.
Squeeze out excess milk from bread and place in clean bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bread and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Shape mixture into thick pancakes. Cook in hot peanut oil over medium heat, about 4 to 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve with fresh lemon.
