1-Hour Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Boneless chicken breasts 1 Pound, skinned, all visible fat removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  Chopped tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned no salt added tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 can)
  Baby lima beans 10 Ounce (fresh or frozen)
  Corn kernels 10 Ounce (fresh or frozen)
  Homemade chicken stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a deep skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion and saute until soft, about 3 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 1 hour.
