Denver Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Fresh ham 1⁄2 Pound, finely diced
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 8
  Bread slice 8
Directions

Dice bacon and fry in a skillet until crisp, in 1 tablespoon butter until lightly browned.
Add eggs and seasonings, stir gently.
When lightly browned, turn, cut into 4 wedges, and serve between slices of buttered bread.
