  Cabbage 3 Pound, shredded
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped or sliced
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, celery seed and salt; bring to a boil.
Stir in sugar.
Combine cabbage, onion and green pepper in a bowl.
Pour dressing over and refrigerate up to 3 weeks if necessary.
