Mint Julep

Ingredients
  Mint leaves 10
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Teaspoon
  Bourbon 2 1⁄2 Ounce (75 milliliter)
  Mint leaves 6
Directions

Tear the ten mint leaves into quarters and put into a tall glass with the sugar and water.
Crush the mint leaves while stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the bourbon.
Stir well.
Tear the mint leaves in half and place on top of the ice.
