Pina Colada Ice
|Pineapple/1 cup canned pineapple chunks no sugar added||12 Ounce, pared and sliced|
|Banana||6 Ounce, peeled (1 medium size)|
|1% buttermilk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Light rum||2 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||4 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)|
|Shredded coconut||4 Teaspoon, toasted (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)|
1. In blender combine all ingredients except coconut and process until smooth. Transfer to 1-quart freezer-safe bowl; stir in coconut. Cover and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
