Pina Colada Ice

Ingredients
  Pineapple/1 cup canned pineapple chunks no sugar added 12 Ounce, pared and sliced
  Banana 6 Ounce, peeled (1 medium size)
  1% buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Light rum 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 4 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)
  Shredded coconut 4 Teaspoon, toasted (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)
Directions

1. In blender combine all ingredients except coconut and process until smooth. Transfer to 1-quart freezer-safe bowl; stir in coconut. Cover and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
