Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Celery seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoning salt 1 Teaspoon
  Salad herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine cabbage, onion, and green pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients in jar; shake well.
Combine dressing and vegetables.
