Peanut Butter Eggs
|Smooth peanut butter||18 Ounce (1 jar)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Pound (1 box)|
|Milk chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 bag)|
Soften margarine and blend with peanut butter until smooth.
Mix in sugar and blend together.
Form into egg-shaped balls.
Dip peanut butter eggs with plastic fork — 1 middle prong broken out — into chocolate.
Place on wax paper to set.
Store in a cool place.
