|Pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or canned)|
|Sesame seed dressing||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Slice carrots and cucumbers diagonally.
Toss with salt and let stand 5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with ice water.
Stir in pineapple.
Toss with Sesame-seed Dressing to taste and serve on lettuce.
