Hawaiian Salad

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Medium
  Cucumbers 2 Medium
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or canned)
  Sesame seed dressing 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Slice carrots and cucumbers diagonally.
Toss with salt and let stand 5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with ice water.
Stir in pineapple.
Toss with Sesame-seed Dressing to taste and serve on lettuce.
