This Orange Julius recipe is especially for my friend Alok.A delicious and refreshing drink it is low on calories & healthy too.
Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 (As required)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 6
Directions

Mix equal parts of orange juice, water, milk and yogurt in blender.To this add vanilla, honey, and ice thoroughly.
Blend it well.
